The Product
1,000 Greenhouse Modules of 710 ft2 each are being offered at a price of $50,000 each. The modules are the greenhouse sections shown below on the right side. They will grow high-end produce 12 months a year, and each is expected to produce a net income of $20,000 annually, for a 40% annual return.

THE TRANSACTION:
Purchase one or more units, up to 16 units (maximum) for $50,000 each.
Minimum purchase $50,000 (1 Section); Maximum purchase $800,000 (16 Sections).
On October 1 st , 2022, either
(i) occupy it when complete (September 30 th , 2023), and/or;
(ii) rent it out for $3,500 per month, plus $2,000 monthly income from greenhouse.
Total $5,500 per month ($66,000 annually – 8.25% annual return on purchase).
